Intake privacy
Privacy notice
This notice explains what the Legacy Alignment Program intake form collects, how those responses are handled, and the choices available to you.
What the form collects
- Contact and professional details you enter, such as name, email address, phone number, city and state, and business context.
- Broad financial context selected from ranges, such as income, liquidity, revenue, and investable asset bands, plus your planning timeline.
- Narrative answers you choose to write about priorities, challenges, legacy intentions, and lifestyle goals.
- A submission timestamp, and standard technical information such as IP address recorded by the hosting platform for security and abuse prevention.
What the form does not ask for
The intake deliberately avoids sensitive identifiers. Please do not enter Social Security or tax identification numbers, account or policy numbers, passwords, or payment-card details, and do not attach financial documents. If such information is included in a free-text answer, it is removed from the record on discovery.
How responses are used
- To assess fit, timing, and priorities ahead of an initial conversation.
- To prepare for and follow up on that conversation.
- To respond to questions you raise in the form.
Responses are not sold, rented, or used for advertising, and they are not shared with third parties except the service providers that host this site and deliver submissions, or where disclosure is required by law.
How responses are stored
The form is transmitted over HTTPS and submissions are stored by the hosting platform’s form service, accessible only to authorized members of the program team. Records are retained for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on your inquiry, and for any period required by applicable professional or legal recordkeeping obligations.
Your choices
You may ask what has been recorded about you, request a correction, or ask that your intake record be deleted. You may also ask to stop being contacted at any time. Requests are handled by replying to the message you receive from the program team after submitting.
Scope of this form
Submitting the intake does not create an advisory, tax, legal, investment, or client relationship, and nothing on these pages is advice about your particular situation.
This notice covers the handling of intake responses on this site. If your firm publishes a broader privacy policy or terms of service, link them here so visitors see one consistent set of commitments.
